For Carriage Driving enthusiasts in the East Anglia Region.

East Anglian Carriage Driving club is a club for drivers, grooms, supporters and stewards run by a volunteer committee of members. We hold regular training for horse and pony drivers of all standards from beginners to advanced multiples. We hold several horse driving trial competitions at the beautiful venue of Ashfields Carriage and Polo Centre in Essex, just 10 minutes from Stanstead Airport. These events include driven dressage, cones driving, and cross-country marathon driving with National standard obstacles We also occasionally run some one day competitions with the same three elements but a shortened cross country section.

We have a large band of stewards and helpers at events and we are always on the lookout for more people to help. It's an exciting day or weekend and you will get paired with an experienced steward to start with.

We aim to be friendly and helpful and try to encourage junior and novice drivers as well as those developing skills to take members up to national and even international driving competitions.
